This Privacy Policy explains how Truvelu collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and app at truvelu.com.
Information we collect
We collect account data from Google sign-in (such as name, email, and profile identifiers), usage data (collections, chats, agent runs, device/browser metadata), billing-related identifiers needed to manage subscriptions and credits, and content you submit (prompts, messages, and generated learning materials stored in your workspace).
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, operate AI agents and generation pipelines, process payments and credit balances, prevent abuse, and communicate service-related updates.
Processors and sharing
We use trusted processors such as Convex (backend and database), Google (authentication), model providers for AI generation, and Polar for payment processing. We do not sell personal information. Public Explore listings expose only the content you choose to share.
Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements.
Security and international transfers
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our Service. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.
