Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using Truvelu (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Truvelu provides AI-assisted tools for creating and studying learning collections.
Accounts
You may sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
The Service
Truvelu helps you create learning collections, run an AI agent to plan and generate educational content (including lessons and slides), and optionally share collections publicly via Explore. Features may change as we improve the product.
AI-generated content
Content produced by Truvelu’s agents may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for learning, teaching, or professional decisions. Truvelu does not guarantee academic or professional outcomes.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans grant monthly credits used for agent turns and generation. Billing is processed by our payment provider (Polar). Fees are charged according to the plan you select. Unused credits typically do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise. Taxes may apply.
Your content and license
You retain ownership of prompts and materials you submit. You grant Truvelu a worldwide license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including generating derivative lesson materials for your account and public Explore listings you choose to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, malware, abuse of other users, attempts to bypass billing or rate limits, scraping that harms availability, or generating content that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truvelu’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
